Your First Visit to Our Mullica Hill Practice
Your first visit, which can last between 1/2 to 1 hour, begins with the completion of the health history form, which is available on this site. I will review this form and Cheyanne, the office manager, will collect your insurance information for verification and benefits. Reasonable cash plans are also available.
I will sit with you for a consultation to determine if your condition can possibly be helped by chiropractic care. With your consent, an exam will follow and x-rays taken on the area of complaint. Treatment on this visit is at the doctor's discretion. An appointment is scheduled to review the findings of the exam and x-rays.

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.
